The latest information and communication technologies enable the creation, usage or distribution of information through compact digital portable device. This device is carried by the individual, has confidential relationship between network, and you can put it in a bag or pocket. Such devices are PDA, mobile phones, notebooks and tablet PC.

Mobile devices enable creating of digital data and their independent writing in the storage medium, irrespectively independent from the platform that works.

By using mobile devices you can access the required information (which is in digital format documents, books, pictures, videos …) from anywhere (home, work, the beach …) irrespectively of their formats (digital documents, books, pictures, audio recordings and video recordings and etc.), transform them, process them, use and distributed them according to our desires and needs.

The mobile information- communication technologies didn’t bypass the process of education, too. Instant access to information, their transformation, adjusting the display of their content, regardless of the geographic location of the teacher and the students in today’s conditions are more and more imposing asВ priority. In other words the principles of distance learning are imposed as priorities in today’s educational practice.

Within this paper a conceptual model of mobile On-line creator for displaying of the curriculum is given, called ‘Mobile teacher’. It is a software application of on-line creation of lectures i.e. multimedia frame of the curriculum used by the teacher and its usage by the digital portable devices in the process of studying /self studying. The basis of this creator is data base (domain of knowledge), which consists of so-called basic concepts of knowledgeas elementary building cells. In order the contents of the concepts to be shown to the students, they are transformed into the domain of their presentation in the hyperspace with the help of multimedia frame.

Representation of the content is grouped in courses. The courses basically are analogue to the teaching subject. The courses are consisted of units of learning. They are analogue to the learning units. The content of the learning unit represents a set of multimedia description of the domain concept of knowledge i.e. set off multimedia frame. The multimedia frames, by usage of different multimedia elements, vividly describe the content of the concept of knowledge to the students. The multimedia frame describes part of a concept, , content of a concept or content of several concepts. The units of learning can be created by those software tools that the teacher knows the best (Power Point, Flash, Word, Excel…)

The basic concepts of the data bases are hierarchically connected.This means that their multimedia frames in the hyperspace are hierarchically connected in the domain of the course. The hierarchical structure is defined according to the curriculum defined by the Ministry of Education and Science of Republic of Macedonia.

The teacher, depending on the learning goals and the profile of the student / students prepares scenario choosing the appropriate concept of domain knowledge i.e. relevant units of teaching i.e. multimedia frames. In this way the teacher creates his lecturers in the real time according to the real needs.
